Returning products

Products purchased on www.vinil.ro can be returned within 14 days of receiving the ordered product. It is recommended to use the same transport service used for receiving the products.

Orders placed for products that will be launched at a later date (pre-orders) can be canceled a maximum of 24 hours before the delivery date as communicated by e-mail.

I canceled my order; how long will my refund take?

If you cancel your order and have received a cancellation confirmation email, the refund will be processed and visible in your account within the next 14 days.

Refunds can only be made if the returned items arrive in perfect condition and the return was made on time. The refund will be transferred the same way the payment was received.

Please note for cash-on-delivery: to transfer the cash-back amount, we need your bank details.

The product must be in the original packaging (in the original plastic sheet with the related hologram, unsealed products will not be accepted, with intact labels and accompanying documents).

Universal Music Romania S.R.L. will return the value of the products within 14 days from the date of the written notification of the desire to return.
