You can also choose to lodge a complaint in the first instance with the National Authority for Consumer Protection https://anpc.ro/ or you can access https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve a consumer dispute online.
Universal may investigate suspected violations of this Agreement. As part of such investigation, Universal may collect information from you and take appropriate action to address any such violations. We will collect and use any such information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
MAJOR FORCE
Universal shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms of Use if the delay or failure is caused by force majeure, which refers to any act of God, storm, fire, accident, unplanned work stoppage, power outage, satellite failure, strike, lockout, labor dispute, civil disturbance, riot, war, public health emergency, epidemic, pandemic or national emergency, government action or other cause beyond our control.
