Shipping policy

For orders in Romania, delivery is made through GLS Romania. For orders outside Romania, delivery is made via DPD Romania.

For deliveries in Romania, the minimum delivery fee is 20 Ron/package. If the value of the order exceeds 250 RON +VAT, no delivery fees are charged. Any changes in the amount of delivery charges will be notified 15 days before the change. For international deliveries, delivery charges apply. The total costs will be calculated, separately, in the basket, depending on the destination and the approximate weight of your parcel.

Until further notice we do not accept orders for deliveries to: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine.

Regarding cash on delivery orders, please note that the following additional costs will apply: for deliveries in Romania - 20 Ron; cash on delivery is not accepted for international deliveries.

The costs for delivery outside the EU, including any customs duties, are borne by the customer.

For products in stock, the delivery time is 2-3 working days. For products in "supplier stock", the delivery term is 2-3 weeks; if these products will be delayed, the customer will be informed.

 

When will my pre-order ship?

We aim to ship all pre-orders one business day prior to the release date of the ordered product. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the pre-order launch date. Release dates may change - if this happens we will contact you in advance.

Shipping damage

Please pay attention to the condition of your shipment when it arrives. The parcel can be opened during collection from the courier. Do not accept damaged or pre-opened packages.

Products received defective

In the event that the purchased product is non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, provided that Universal Music Romania S.R.L. is notified in writing. within 48 hours of receiving the product. If Universal Music Romania S.R.L. cannot replace the product with an identical one, the value of the product will be returned.
